Strange squeaky noise from inside on drivers side
Hi, we have a strange squeaking noise coming from the inside on the drivers side. When we drive with the window down we can't hear it coming from outside so i assume it is coming from inside. It is getting worse slightly louder and our mechanic cannot pinpoint it as yet. Origninally our mechanic thought i was paranoid since this is our first diesel car but today i proved to him that it was there. We have a 11/2006 D4D GXL diesel. Anyone with any ideas?

Try under the drivers seat, I have taped down all of the electrical wiring and seem to have eliminated an annoying noise though took ages to locate...Cheers

The seat belt buckle on the drivers side in my car squeaks if it is in a certain position. Down by your left thigh. Check there. Haven't gotten around to finding out exactly why yet as moving it slightly appears to stop the noise for another week or so.2007 GXL TD Auto, Charcoal
