ebay cheap filter kits, any good?

Obviously you get what you pay for but am curious to see if anyone has used any of these kits and what they are like? Filters are pretty simple things so not sure whether the less cost would make them less quality?

So many cheap options on ebay in comparison to toyota and even ryco etc, my last z334 ryco cost me about $35!

Not sure how useful this will be, but we use them on all our light vehicles at work (mine in Qld). First time I had never heard of them, but they seem to be doing OK. Mind you, if an engine blows we just ring Toyota and order another engine.......

Its pretty simple.
These are cheap for a reason & you get what you pay for.
But on the other hand it depends what you like to spend.
Im getting the Bosch OT048 oil filters for 18$ & Denso fuel filters for $16.50... These are to suit the kz engine.
They are retail over the desk prices from my local diesel shop... Go speak to your local diesel shop. You may be surprised.
As for air filters, I personally think genuine is the go.

I will second the above i have actually started to go back to toyota for parts and even some servicing they seem to have gotten a lot more competitive of late

Ohh and the words ebay and cheape never bode well when put together

go and find your local Donalson dealer and buy the kit for your model
mine was $49+
they are equal or better than OME
