Not sure who else has this problem but as I am well over six foot this use to drive me nuts.
Who else bashes the side of their head on the drivers roof grab handle while wandering down a track.
Simple solution, the base Prado doesn't have the third row of seats and no third row roof grab handles, instead there are two small caps that bolt into the body and help secure the roof lining.
Part Number 74618-35010-B0 is for a stone colored trim, 74618-35010-A0 for a ivory colored trim.
I removed the drivers roof grab handle and used two of the stone colored trim pieces to secure the hood lining. There are two tags on the rear of the covers that have to be carefully ground off, you can see it in one of the pictures.
