  • Need to find a good wrecker

    G,day All !!

My special Project is coming along well with the D4D motor finally happily sitting in the 90 series prado but after all the modifications I had to do its coming along well untill i Hit a wall with the wiring , Now i,m after a 120 series prado thats either being dismantle or the wiring loom ( need just the plugs) that goes from under the dash to the computer behind the glove box as I have the D4D computer in place but has two different plugs compare to the old computer of the old 1kz te diesel engine, If you know any good wreckers anywhere in Australia for toyota Parts please list em here or E mail me via Private message ( PM ) on this wonderful web site !!

Keep in touch and Picture will be coming along soon !!

Ps I just put the black plastic cover on today that says D4D on the motor its looking very sexy !!!

    Sweeet idea!!

That will be a bit of a machine once it's up and running!!

Any engineering issues with the instal or is it a pretty simple fit?

There was a D4D engine for sale on eBay a week or so ago. Have a look in the for sale section as I posted the link there, he may have the bits required?
