    Hi All,

I firstly just wanted to say thanks for all the great advice throughout the 120 forum.

After a year of researching/test driving various makes and model i finally decided to jump on an Auto '07 GXL (no option packs) 140k on the clock serviced every 10k with no off road use, as its the well documented 1KDFTV i requested as part of the T&C's of the sale the injectors be replaced along with the seals etc also got them to drain the sumo and check the oil pick up as well - thanks for the tip about buying cars at the end of the month (quota time)

I've planned our first trip this upcoming weekend around Toolangi which i can't wait for and am really looking forward to what the truck can do in its current form.

So far i have replaced the factory head unit with the Pioneer AVH-X3500DAB which has bluetooth, reversing camera, dvd, digital radio 6.1 inch touch screen - opted not to go with the integrated GPS as i have the Hema maps on the iPad, also going to replace the camera as I'm not happy with the one supplied (perspective and view not great looks like a bubble and cannot adjust focus)

I have the car booked in to get the safari snorkel fitted on Friday at ARB, and when the bank account looks a little healthier will look at getting a rear locker to fix the no TAC/VSC thing...should be able to get away with stock format as am not planning on lifting wheels in the foreseeable future.

future mods will include a 2 inch lift, diff/trans breathers, LED Lightbar, Winch, Sliders and under body protection - more research!!! also not really sure of the order of priority here either, be good to hear from others here.

    Cheers

        Welcome!

There is a small group of us here that get together for day trips every 2-3weeks, keep your eyes peeled if you are interested.
These trips will resume in may this year after the gtg.

        Enjoy!

          Hi ####,

Cheers,Thanks for letting us know we'd be really keen to tag along, the whole point to getting a 4x4 was to get out a meet new people as well as get the kids outdoors instead of stuck behind a screen etc

What type of tracks do you go on generally? aside from the breathers I'm not sure if i'll have the other bits and pieces done yet
