Hi,
I have bought 120 about 6 months ago from grey nomad, the car was full of red dust, it was everywhere in the air-conditioning in the doors, under the carpet, under the pillar trimmings, under the roof trimmings. So I spent about a month taking all the trims off the car (seats and doors, and dash and radio etc.. basically I stripped it). I cleaned the air-condition blades front and back, I cleaned the heating ducts (as far as I could). I have found one grommet in the back that has fallen out when the trailer wiring was install I assume, so I thought that is where the dust was getting in. However I have taken the car out into gravel roads since then, and the dust is back; under the boot trimming (you can see it on the jack). Where could it be coming into the car? Would it be getting in through the pins that hold the plastic flares? I do not think that is coming in through the door seals; as the dust is accumulating under the trimmings, and is blown in through the back air-condition fans (which sucks the air from around the back)
Any suggestions?
Thank you
