put a roof rack on - moungrel of a job and the mounts didn't line up - managed to get away with drilling one hole in their mounts (not my prado!!!) and now we are the proud-ish owners - its wide but will do the jobComment

Spent an hour under the car with the Karcher and the Staun Massojet flushing out the Fraser Island sand and salt. The inland tracks were very dry and soft. I did Ngkala rocks for the first time, 20psi was a bit difficult, dropped down to 12psi and did it easy, love the Prado.

Washed the beast then washed all 12 wheels/tyres. Replaced the BFG Muddies with the BFG A/Ts as they have a couple of thousand left on them. Hand polished the lug nuts to remove nearly 7 years of built-up scum. Then washed the west coast Tassie dirt from the winch rope. Clean, clean clean.
Look at these shiny buggers.

Flush out the old trans fluid and put new one in the old 1 was very dark04 grande, bilstein A712 &A713 kings spring , 3 inch exhaust chip it chip, XGT lightforce, 1 x lightbar, Sov Bar, Tigerz11 Grande winch with rope, Oricom UHF.Comment

Did you flush out all of it? Or just what was in the pan? Did you change the filter in the pan? I changed mine recently but think a clean would have been sufficient.Originally posted by bprado View Post
