    • Finally installed my RAM mount for my iPad into the Prad, so I can actually use HEMA while driving. It served me well when I had it in my brother's hilux for our Canning / Kimberley trip.

Am now part way through getting my lightbar fitted.

                • did the 160K service today. New oil for the engine, transfer case and rear diff. would have done the front diff, but the previous owner had rounded out the drain plug. As soon as I took the bash plate off it was staring at me. Now have to find someone to weld a bolt on there as my welding is utter crap.

                        • Well, it wasn't today, it was actually last Wednesday.

I picked up MUMSRIG after spending a motza for new injectors and injection pump (I actually took it in for a Steinbauer to be fitted) and drove home with same crap fuel consumption issues i drove it there with!

Have a look at this thread:http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...es-replacement

                          • There may be a thread already on this but I'll ask anyway, what oil do you guys recommend for a 2006 V6 for the Melbourne summer? I'm thinking something like API SN SAE 10W-40 but still not sure yet. Thanks

Penrite full synthetic. 10w-50. The best. Cheap too. Normally about $50 or so for 5lt, it was on special at Repco recently for $35.

I buy it in 20's for workshop.
