Isn't it a prerequisite to never go 4wding or touring with a dirty vehicle. My wife just doesn't yet understand this.
Got to get all that city road grime off before heading Outback!

Checked the winch was still working, all good there.
Put fresh batteries in the tyre monitor.
Put the E ticket for the Spirit of Tassie in the Prado First bit of packing for the GTG.

Yes I'll be washing and waxing the 120 tomorrow in readiness for our Cape trip in a weeks time.. Later in the week I'll be applying a couple of coats of Auto-Goop to provide some additional paint protection. She won't look pretty but it'll be worth it in the long run.

Did a prepack today before next weeks trip up North just to see what will go where. I'll swing the big grey bag around the other way to try and lessen the wind dam effect at the front, but all in all it works well. 3 minutes to get the needed items off the roof and 8 minutes to put it up and tie it down...(first go anyway)

Not done today, but up to the shed tomorrow to pull the injectors out again. My Baileys are 40,000 old and have started to rattle on cold mornings. Sending to Matt to check them and re install latter this week. All readouts from techstream are fine so why are they rattling??

Will take the manifold off at the same time and do another clean at the same time.
