A/C broken but Cooler box working query

Hi everyone

I'm aware the cooler box is run off the main A/C compressor however my A/C has just stopped working but the cooler box is still chilling. My local Toyota dealer (In Middle East) were scratching their heads (not unusual) so I'm hoping someone on Prado point might be able to shed some light whilst the dealer is charging me by the hour whilst he tries to figure it out?

Main ventilation fans running fine just no chilled air being produced.

What year as some earlier. Understand the air con main unit could be turned off seperately..

Fuses or power issue for the main unit? Any lights coming up?

Should be some fault codes in computer if a part has failed.
