Info on fitting winch to Sovereign alloy bull bar

Hi I am going to fit a winch in my Sovereign bar. I know I need to buy a steel cradle and spoke to Toyota parts dept today. The winch fitting kit (part no PZQ29601WC)is no longer available, however you can buy the cradle alone (part no PZQ29602WC). What I want to know is, is there anything in the kit that is NLA that I need to fit the winch or can I just get the steel cradle and some odd high tensile bolts and fit it or is there something in the fitting kit that is needed.
The other thing is I don't believe the bull bar bracket recall has been done so called Toyota who told me there is no outstanding recalls on my vehicle but this may be because they have expired. Can anyone tell me how to ID the updated brackets please. If it hasn't been done Toyota has told me that I can buy a bull bar fitting kit (part no PZQ296016FK) but can't tell me what is in it. Can someone tell me if everything including the brackets to update brackets comes in this kit. I've read some archived posts on this but still can't work it out.

PZQ29602WC is the winch cradle you need.

PZQ2960162FK is the bullbar bracket recall kit you need.

You shouldn't need anything else.
The old bullbar bracket is a box section. The new bracket is much beefier and sort of hour glass shape.

This recall expired about a year ago.

Could that recall kit be PZQ29616ZFK. The one you put does not exist on Toyota system.

hey I have just fitted the new cradle kit to the older bulbar brackets without and mods, bolted straight on and comes with all bolts etc, the only thing you will need if your running synhetic rope is a offset hawse
