  • Help-Power window

Good day, I just recently replaced my dying battery. After installing new one, driver side power window controls are not working. I can't control all passenger windows only in driver side window. Do i have to reset the whole system? Any solution for this? Thanks

It Doesnt just happen with "dead" batteries or disconection of the battery.

The other day I let one of my batteries run down too far.
It did the old brrrrr brrr thing when I tried to start.
I switched batteries, (which I can do with out losing power as my switch is "make before break")
It started, so I switched back to charge the low one.

Anyway, that was enough for the windows to need reseting.

              Jeff.

Is there anything to remember before and after changing the battery like resetting window/dashboard if feel that my fuel gauge meter stuck in half and not activating the subtank warning light after changing the battery any clues? or im just being so skeptical. thanks

The only things that need to be done after a complete battery disconnection is the windows and clock and possibly radio settings if you have certain types of radio.

The fuel gauge and/or light should not be an issue.

But I will be corrected if im wrong.
