Removing third row seatbelts 120 GXL

Long story short - I need to remove the third row seat belts in order to pass a roadworthy inspection and I have a few questions.

I've searched for all sorts on here and google to find the answer but can't find any images or instructions to help me.

I have a set of black widow drawers in the cargo area currently. Is it possible to remove the rear trim without removing the drawers as the rear trim is split in two pieces, but I'm guessing the top half clips into the bottom half?

Do I have to be wary of any airbags when removing the trim or can I just gently remove it?

I'm guessing I have to pull the drawers out, then the carpet, then unbolt the trim to get to the seatbelts which I'm hoping will be an easy unbolt job also.

Any one have any helpful tips on getting these suckers out?

I had to pull my black widow drawers out to remove the trim in the rear, so unless I missed something I would say they have to come out.

If you don't have an option pack then you won't have side airbags in the GXL, so no concerns there.

So, like mine, the rear seats are out completely and I have drawers, a cargo barrier and a shelf off the barrier. The seats contain the female "buckle" for the seat-belts so the remaining belts cannot be used. Nobody can get in the back either so why do the belts have to be removed to satisfy a road-worthy. Passengers have to be seated. Not seats = no passengers. Stupid bureaucrats.
