Rear Window Washer Hose Loosened?

Hi ALL Helpers

Could anyone of you help to advise how to reconnect the hose to the rear window water washer jet. I found it is loosened through the indicator lamp gap opening. As I try to open the plastic inner wall on the left, there are lots of part covering it.

My Prado is of 2007 diesel Grande, any advise or toyota tech diagram that I could follow to fix step by step.

Mine had the same issue a few moths back. From memory after removing most of the right hand side rear trim, it ended up being the very last rear right inside trim piece and I could see the hose just hanging there. Took a bit to reconnect and some skin missing but was all done.
It was a while ago and its midnight here so I hope it helps.
