120 front interior light with sunglass holder near mirror

Does anyone know how to remove this interior light assy.
It is the one up front with sunglass holder and map reading lights.

Get your fingers under the front edge and pull down, it will take some force but highly unlikely you will break anything.

Thanks Andrew,msort of tried this but did not wantmtompull too much harder as i had already pulled fairly hard.
Anyway will give it another go.
