Now that I have your attention, go make yourself a coffee or tea.................
Remember this is all just my opinion from my actual experiences. (Self appointed expert).
The service book in your glovebox covers maintenance. Preventative maintenance, things we do to make the Prado last longer & keep it feeling like new for as long as possible. TOYOTA make a fantastic vehicle.
The problem is, this maintenance schedule was required to be written & printed before these engines had done much in the real world. It was an educated guess.
Well now there is hundreds of thousands of 1kd on the road in Australis! Reality is also here.
Generally you have to pay hundreds of $$$ to have your valve clearances checked properly. (the proper procedure).
If they did it in your capped quality service, it's unusual & I have no issue with that. It does not need it.
I would actually be saying, whatever you do, don't open my fuel system other than to replace filters.
When these

Crew remove your rocker cover, the usual way is bending the fuel pipes (jack in the box).

The risk of contamination is serious!!!
Dust, sand, rust & muck collects in around the injectors at the nozzle seals, when you remove the pipes, it's likely contamination will occur.
You can take steps to have the best chance of prevention, but that takes time, capped time!!!!
Anyway your valve clearances will be fine at 40k!!! 80k!!! & likely a lot longer.
If in the slight chance they are out, (like t higher klms) they are usually only a tad out. Now I have seen vehicles running perfectly that are way out!!! So I know slightly out is not a problem!
To properly r&r injectors, taking all precautions to prevent contamination & check valve clearances you are looking at hundreds.
Every workshop is different, but the job is the same! $600-800!
Save your $$$ from 40k & 80k & that will buy you a set of injectors to put in at 120k when you will need to check the valve clearances.
Yes at 120k you are goin in there anyway!
They will likely be ok, (especially if you installed 7mm early enough)

So now you have your free injectors!
You will need to buy a set of fuel pipes $300-550.
Now you might think your not saving due to your capped service at 40k, but you never payed nor dd they allow time to do it properly.
Don't risk contamination, I'm anal with these jobs full wash down the day before & blow & drive dry let sit overnight etc & don't want to trust myself. Another reason to put new injectors in every 120k. Don't risk dirty old fuel pipes either.

Crap in there!
See in the middle of that nozzle holder seal? And corrosion on pipes, you want any of that near your new injectors?
Remember 2-3 micron clearances in there!!
Do you get it? Am I making sense?
Other items:
Yes change fuel filter under at tank every 20,000k or less.
Under bonnet filter every 40,000k or less. Not included in capped service.
Put the plate in.
Cheers,
