Has anyone seen this remote starter?

I just bought a 2007 Prado from Japan..it came with this starter. The batteries to both the car and the remote were changed, but the remote isn't communicating to the vehicle. Does anyone know how i can reset it? The starter's manual was in the car, but it only showed how to change the run time of the car. I can't find any info online.
