    Hi guys,

I picked her up yesterday but had better things to do than take photo's (Full under body lanolin spray, install UHF, mount awning. mount & wire mag light, run wire for fridge plug.

Today I have managed to find some time to take a few piccies.

This is as "off-road" as I am allowed to take it at the moment - the wife is flying in tonight and wanted to see if before it gets dirty - this is as clean as it will ever be. I try to keep it clean and am a bit of a perfectionist but the lady who detailed it prior to picking it up was a complete nutter OCD for sure I think.

Ok some things i'm not happy about_

    1. Tinting - there is a small hair on the front passengers window and a few very small bubbles. The bubbles are very small and in places you cant notice unless your looking for bubbles - but its not the point. Dealer said I can get it retinted "on the house" when I drive to darwin at any time (lifetime warranty) - but I dont intend on driving to darwin anytime soon - I live in Nhulunbuy which is verrrrry remote about 1100kays to Darwin and its not on my list of places to go just yet (Mataranka on the other hand will be visited in a fortnight - cant wait.)

    2. Tyres - they are the worst all terrain tyre I have had on a car - will wear them out and replace. I think they mean all terrain - as all the terrain is bitumen.

Thats all I can find at the moment - I'm still getting used to the drop in power. My LC70 4.5l V8 TD had power in all gears at anyspeed (well close enough), this struggles if your in the wrong gear - not the cars fault - mine for getting used to lazy driving in the ute.

Here are some piccies - I hope they work!

Look's good... I'm envious. But White?
    What's this plug for?

Did ARB Darwin fit the roof rack? If so, what price did they charge and were you happy with their service?

    Enjoy your trip to Mataranka!

Haven't you heard white is the new black?

Thats a marine plug wired to the aux battery - I had a lot of my accessories wired with marine connections to go into the back of my ute - so instead of changing the cords I put a marine plug in it.

ARB Darwin mounted everything on behalf of the Nhulunbuy dealer.

The roof rack was $1030.90 fitted. If I could go back in time I'd buy a opposite lock rack - not sure of the price though but i've seen one and they are the goods.

Cant wait to get to the springs!

I knew I would remember something else I was disapointed with - The battery ARB supplied with the dual battery system. It is the cheapest battery money can buy (I'm sure these things should be given away - not sure of the manufacturer - looks very chinese) and only 70A/h - not happy Jan.

I'm not a battery guru but I'm certain 70A/hour is bugger all.
