When I make or receive a call via bluetooth I can hear the other person loud and clear but they say they have issues hearing me.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Graeme, ignore the previous comments, their is however a very well covered topic on this problem that you should read before posting any new questions (see below). Also familirise yourself with the search option and always use this first, saves double up on posts. example if you keyed in "bluetooth" into search you would have a whole host of topics to read.
