Has anybody cut and modified the rear bumper of the 120 from the rear of the car to the side of the wheel arch,i am having trouble with logs and branches getting caught between the rear wheel and the mudflap ripping off the mud flap and damaging the rear bumper, Thinking of cutting the rear bar by 100 mm and inserting a steel bar from the rear to the side with new supports for the mud flaps, Looking for Ideas before I start the project

If anyone is serious about cutting up their rear bar, then MUMSRIG's current bar will be replaced in the next two weeks and the old one will be available in WA if wanted?

My rear bar has been knocked around a fair bit since we bought the car 10 months ago. I looked at aftermarket answers and apart from the extraordinary cost, none I found came right around the sides up to the rear mud guards. If you do this mod, I'll be looking for sure.
