Rear Bumper Bar Reflector

I notice the other day that I have lost my right hand rear bumper reflector. Booked in for service today only ot be told that the lease company would not cover this as it is not a maintaince issue. Sound fair to me! Was I should speak to Toyota as it is a warrenty isue as the part has just fallen off. I guess you know what Toyoat said.......have a nice day sir!

Anyway replacement cost for a rear bumper reflector is $150 inc GST. "WHAT"! :shock:

I told them that due to the fact that parts are starting to fall off my beloved Prado, and the fact that the lease is nearly they will most likely see me driving past in a Nissan, or god foresake a Mitzabitchi......(I cnat even spell the word)

Toyota = Good Product - More Customer Service.

there is a company called Kenji Autos in Bassendean - Perth that import aftermarket lights body parts etc ... that may be able to help 08 39773209 good luck they not really good at understanding english

Go and ask Toyota how much a replacement fog light is!

You won't know whether to laugh or cry.

Try going into ARB or TJM and ask them if they have done a rear bar on a Prado recently. If so, they may have the old bumper in the back somewhere. This is how I replaced my fog light.

I found a rattle from the rear whenever I closed the drivers or rear right door. It was the right hand rear reflector. So they are now both glued in with some silicone rubber.

I spotted these on ebay for about $63.00 each, not genuine but much cheaper.

Item number: 400074725375 for left and Item number: 400074725376 for right.

I am actually replacing my broken rear bar with a Kaymar bar. So out goes the old and in comes the new. I have both reflectors, reverse sensors and also rear hith coming up for sale when they pull the old bar off.
