Middle Seat Air Vent

Hey guys,

I have 2004 Prado 120 GXL - I am wondering if it is possible to retrofit middle row air vents in the back of the middle compartment? I believe they were introduced a few years after mine.

Sell the car and buy another that has it.. Its a HUGE job.. Plumbing to AC and ECU's. Climate control needed. Rear ducting, roof ducting etc..

Really, that bad? - I can't just plum pipes under the centre console and change the console to one with vents? I don't care about roof ducting, just want some for the back seats.

The 120 does not have vents in the rear of the console that I know of, they are in the roof.

Fair enough - I will have to rethink the plan or give up lol

Yeah I've never seen one with vents in the centre console? The top spec ones and later model GXL's had A/C controls in the back and they have a whole separate A/C unit in the boot (like the Lexus GX).

Less crap in the back the better in my opinion.
