Replace factory fitted stereo unit. 2006 grande.

This topic has probably been covered before. I am new here and would be happy for someone to point me in the right direction if this is the case. The factory fitted stereo/cd/gps unit in my 2006 grande stopped working recently. I’m thinking I might go for an aftermarket replacement. I’d prefer something that goes in easily, without having to adjust the size of the hole in the dash or have overly complicated wiring issues. Bluetooth more necessary than CD player. Sat nav would be nice. Budget about $300, because i can buy a second hand original for that money. The unit that came out is a PZQ60-00200. P/N 26028 on the front panel.

If you want aftermarket and plug and play. maybe go for them chinese android head units
