Anti rattle U-bolt on factory tow hitch

Has anyone using/used anti rattle U-bolt "device" on their factory Toyota tow bar?
Its damn annoying that there isn't a bolt underneath it that you can tighten to take the slop out of it.

Toyota had a shim kit to stop it rattling.
