Hey everyone, I’m new to this so don’t know if I’m doing this right.
Anyway, I have a 2008 1KD with 300,000 on the odo, I only just got my car back as I had injectors, injector lines, egr and intake Manifold clean, timing belt and water pump, front engine mounts, intake manifold gasket all replaced and cleaned. I took it in and got that all done due to loss of power and a rattling noise that my car made, anyway I got it back and the power has returned but the rattle is still there, it only rattles when I start the car and then goes away once is starts to warm up. I have had the exhaust looked at because I have an aftermarket 3 inch exhaust that I recently got and while it does sit tight in some places the exhaust guy said it shouldn’t be rattling.
On top of this my front left tyre rubs against the body of the bullbar and after having it looked at, the tyre on that side has two finger spaces between it and the body whereas the right side has a five finger gap.
if anyone could throw some advice my way I would greatly appreciate it because I just spent 7.5k doing everything mentioned above and would like to know there’s cheap fixes for this… hopefully
