Speedometer not doing what it's supposed to do

Hiya all, my speedo started acting up recently. You can see that it wants to do something, so it does get some signal, but it's doing something weird. Checkout this clip I made.
What might it be. Should I get another speedo? Or is this something that can be solved pretty easily.

Hi there, does your meter cluster exibit any other fault or traction control light?
And can you also check if your transfer case is on high or low, it seemed to be at neutral?
