Hi,
I have a 2003 GXL 120 3000 auto. It has a loud vibration type noise around 1500 rpm up to 2000 rpm that is hard to hear outside but annoying inside. It appears to be more prevalent when in Drive as the diesel rattle is the dominant noise when revving it up while stationary. Have had several people look for it thinking it was a loose component around the engine or near the gearbox. No luck. Have tightened the 2nd battery box that was loose, tightened the bull bar bolts (also loose), packed the headlight mounts etc looking for a loose vibration. No luck.
Has anyone else had a noise like this?
