Top effort on the drawers. Love the idea of the LED light strip. Any chance of a description/pictures on how you shaped the edges to fit so nicely?

this is called a joggle stick. this is how i got such a tight fit around the edges. anyone can make one, its just a length of alloy, (but you can use wood or plastic or anythin firm an flat). it can be made any length an have as many incrimations as you like. but they must be numbered both sides.

i just elevated a platform, (in my case a scrap peice of ply i had), to the height that i wanted the top surface of my drawers. an by laying the joggle stick flat on the platform, starting on one side touch the pointy end of the stick to the edge of the car and draw around at least 3 of the incriments, an draw along the flat side aswell, makeing sure to number the pattern you just drew on the platform according to the stick.
repeat this every 100mm or so (the closer the more accurate).
at the end you should end up with a heap of confusing marks. this is where how you marked them comes in.

take the platform out and place it on the board you are going to useto make your top.
place the stick on all of the marks putting a dot at the end of the stick at each mark.
then join the dots.

remember once the platform is in plce in both instances it cant be moved until ur done.

an a pic of my fibreglass moulded 12" sub box that fits behind the interior pannel in the back.

I love the position of the sub, did you make it yourself, or buy it. Do you have any photos of you making it, if you made it cause I want to make one the same.

How did you get the rear side panels off?
I've removed seatbelt bolts, screws and pulled some plastic clips but the bl**dy thing won't come off. I need to get them off this morning so I can run some cable.
