    Cheers guys.

As with the heat issues this was my original concern so I ran the compressor for around 30 mins with an air blower attached to keep it running constantly and didn't have a problem with it blowing out (not the case on the compressor in the shed which would of lasted no longer the 5 mins before it blew out haha)

The compressor is actually quite cool to touch compared with my original single cylinder ARB one which gets redicoulously hot and can't touch. It has a a cooling fan between the two cylinders and I could still hold my hand over that first 90 degree fitting after my test.

The switch is mounted up front, I was originally going to have one in the rear and one up front on a two way switch but then realised I should stop being so lazy its only a 3-4 meter walk.

      hi 120 gxl,
this set up is exactly what I am looking for!!!! are u able to give me some dimension's on the alloy
you used to mount it. would be very helpful when fitting mine.
for the whole running the line to the floor I think I will just have my fitting screwed into the trim.
help avoid mud build up in the fitting.
