Can anyone give me a few tips on removing the plastic panel below the steering wheel. I have removed the two bolts securing the bottom of the plastic panel but I am a bit hesitant on putting too much pressure on the panel as I can't see what else is holding it. The top of the panel has the ignition key in it and the bottom houses the release levers for the fuel filler door and the bonnet. I would like to try using the bracket that the WizudOfOz used. I have a GME TX3440 to mount.
I have made a 25mm standoff frame for the spare tyre carrier to mount the antenna base which telescopes upwards for touring and taken a few pics if anyone is interested.
