different Clock / Temp Guage set

Does anyone know anything about the different types of dash that I have noticed in some prados ?

I am refering to the clock / temp gauge high in the centre of the dash in the 120, .

I was looking on the net at some 2~din head-units (CD / DVD Players) and spotted the different dash in what I think are Prados in china (?).

is it possible to get them here in OZ? or are they just an "Asian market" thing?

Also... does anyone have one of these head-units (EONON E1051) in there car and are they any good?

Looks to be left hand drive so probably Euro/US spec (probably even top spec).

Eonon supply aftermarket headunits, they have a store on eBay http://stores.shop.ebay.com.au/Eonon...&submit=Search.

Stay away from the Eonon units, i bought one of the 1091 series http://www.eonon.com/2-Din-DVD-Player/E1091.html and its a total heap of crap.

It lasted about a month, front panel was constantly vibrating, and had to remove the screen when going on corrugations or dirt roads as the thing almost rattles itself to bits. eventually the tilt motor gave out.

also poor FM reception, bluetooth is very ordinary, random glitches requiring restart, couldnt see a thing on the screen in daylight etc.

im currently staring down the barrel of $100 in freight fees (return) to sent it back to Hong Kong for repairs.

Got myself a JVC R800, havent looked back since
