Twin USB passthough outlet from new media player

Has anyone found a double usb socket to fit one of the standard prado 120 blanks near the gear shifter, that i could connect the 2 x usb cables coming from a JVC stereo to support apply carplay and androidauto, that then gives a location the connect and charge a phone while hooking up to the stereo?

In a nutshell, it would have 2 x female usb outlets on the the front, and 2 x male usb inlets on the back.

Have a look at the Aerpro site, I managed to get a Usb passthrough that suited a Corolla and hooked up to a Kenwood DDX919WS.
