Someone should start an SST rental business!
Unlikely for most of us to ever need one more than once and that will be for fitting the spacers
I was just thinking about how to do this. I think it should be a "send it to the next person thing". Might want to start going anti-clockwise from Adl and go round the country.

The back end doesn't seem to be as 'nervous' anymore probably because the airbag is now back in it's intended position/length and inflation pressure. For the 1st time after my proper lift, I pushed Hi and achieved 865mm (bottom of rim to guard).
With a 50mm airbag spacer, I would suggest a maximum extended shock length of 620-625mm. I have a 618mm extended length shock fitted, but am yet to test the airbags with 50mm spacers since I just fitted them last night.
Any shock length over 615mm will need longer sway bar links or some sway bar spacers to allow the suspension to extend past the sway bar limit.
Any one fitting a longer shock will also need to consider if the brake lines need to be extended so that they are not stretched at maximum extension.
My friend turned these for me, total height 70 mm, overall diameter just the same 97 mm as the air spring frame is. Should be quite inconspicuous.
I am installing Prado 120 air springs to my FJ Cruiser. There is (frame) already holes/places for the air springs. The spring mounts on the axle are different of course, but there is hole for 10 mm bolt, so I planned just to bolt the on the coil spring mounts.
I shortened these to 57 mm total height (lift 50 mm) and got them installed:
The first part of the air line is OEM Toyota (diam 3/16") and the rest is ARB 5 mm line. Still need to tie to the frame.
Let´s see how it performs, the compressor (ARB) is still uninstalled and rear shocks are still coming too.

Thanks for the dimension suggests. My total lift at rear is about 75 mm, so I ended to Bilstein 5100 shocks: http://cart.bilsteinus.com/productsearch/F4-BE5-E703-H0 (length 597 mm) and I will do some 50 mm spacer between the upper mounting point. I have longer sway bar links and the brake hose mounting point drop bracket.
Got my kit from Amts and did the install over the weekend.
Getting the air tube out was a challenge but I think it was divine intervention that it refused to budge because I had initially put my stands on the axle of the car instead of on the chassis and I was under the car trying to get the air tube out.
I am writing this here ...with head hung low in shame just in case there are some ding dongs like me out there who might make the same mistake.

I got those done. I went to 70 mm drop. I noticed that when you have lifted the rear axle about 3" or more, the shock upper end try to bend quite hard forward (because axle´s upper arms are shorter than lower arms), so these brackets move the mounting point 50 mm further. Material is 70x50x4 mm steel profile and 20 mm bolt:
Installed, at full drop. I made those drop/relocation brackets for the new bump stops too:
And some testing, down -> up and driving position:
Anybody else been fitting up AMTS spacers yet?
Be looking to do mine as soon as i can get hold of an SST.
