Koni shocks & OME springs

This post is also in the 90 Series tab, but since these two models are so similar I'll ask here too...


Hi, I need to upgrade the suspension on my 90 series Prado (UK spec KDJ95, 3L D4D diesel).

Options are limited from all the available manufacturers so after all my searching I have basically come up with three options within budget.
1.) OME all round or
2.) Koni heavy track shocks (Not HT Raids) and OME springs
3.) Bilstein shocks and OME springs

Have anyone had any experience with Koni shocks with OME springs combo's? The only reason why I'm considering a different shock is because it seems that sadly OME's shocks are not that reliable anymore. Two of my mates with OME had oil leaks within the first year now...

Thanks, I can't get Lovells/Kings here so please do not advise that combination, but other comments will be appreciated.
