Well, I got the call today from the installers... all that Lovells said was that the Rears are within specs and the Front ones can be fixed by installing spacers to return them to the proper raised height.... not the outcome I was hoping but it's better than nothing. I'll see how this goes and doen the track might look at swapping to OME coils.....Originally posted by Madkore View PostFingers and toes crossed for you Rob, but I don't think you'll need it as there seems to be some good vibes in the air from the 4WD gods...
The funny thing is that on Lovells wedsite, its mentioned that the spacers are only for vehicles running KDSS suspension.

Rob,
When new, your vehicle had a 20-30mm rake from front to rear. This stance should be maintained when the suspension is upgraded to maintain the side steps more or less level with the ground.
If they use 10mm spacers in the front struts to raise the front to about 780mm, the rear should be about 800-810mm. If 20mm spacers are used for a front height of 800mm, the rear needs to be 820-830mm.
Make sure they don't give your rig a nose-high look and measure the sidesteps to ground to ensure they sit level afterwards."Sure it’s quiet, for a diesel, but that’s like being well-behaved… for a murderer."- Jeremy Clarkson

Well....
Just got our car back after the installers adjusted the front height of our vehicle after it seemed to has dropped at teh front back to pre-accessory height.
It seems all they did was to install a 20mm spacer at the front which has raised the front up to 800mm, which is now level with the rear. I did in form of plans of a winch in the near future, so I assume he allowed for that, so I'm probably to blame for it now sitting level front to rear. Hopefully when (or if) I get around to installing the winch it will bring the front down a bit otherwise if I don't install the winch, then I may have to re look at the rear in trying to get that slight rack difference from front to back.... The rear has dropped from a pre trip of 820/830 down to 800mm so I might be able to do something there as I've only got a meduim duty coil in the rear.....
