i have a 120 with 6 inch lift very custom and alot of mods works great should be in 4x4 action and adventures soon. to do a massive lift on a 120 requires all the sub frame removed. the big cross memeber behind the engine has to be removed, all control arms have to have extensions and alot of other things in hind sight i would of been better off sas the front end much cheaper and stronger. thats my input anyhow

Friggen what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6" lift!!!! YEAH BABY IT'S BEEN DONE!! Next thing you know there will be 35" on a prado too!! Cannot wait for more photos aww man I'm happy haha that's soo sick
On a side topic blokes in the states are cutting guards/ flares on there tacomas to fit long travel an 35"s !! Which is pretty much the same issue we have with prado guards being to small , somebody has gotta do it to a prado sooner or later , looks really good on the tacomas though2004 Manual Turbo diesel 1KZ-TE , 5" lift , 37x12.5 BF Goodrich KM2

I'm sure this has been said before, but Arctic Trucks have already done 35's on Prado's, both 120 and 150.
See here or here.
But if 35's are not big enough, try 38's...
And if you really need to get places you shouldn't be, 44's might do it?
So it's all possible, it just comes down to how much time and $$$ you want to put in.

I think I ran into Rusty at TuffTruck last year. Was sloshing through the mud onsite (in my boots) and spotted this huge lifted Prado.
Guy I spoke to said it was 6" and I'm thinking a mix of 'yeah, right and freakin awesome".
If it was you Rusty, good to see you here mate..D4D Prado GXL - 2014. 2" OME lift, ARB Deluxe Winch bar, ARB under body protection plates, ARB EZ Deflator, Weaco fridge, Matsen fridge on slide, BFG A/T's, ARB CKMA12 compressor, Oztrail side awning with LED lights PLUS canvas extension, Lightforce XGT's.. Havnt seen an arctic trucks prado in aus. And also you can fit 35" on a Suzuki swift if you cut the guards enough and put custom flares on too. I mean 35" with legitimate 6" suspension kind of lift2004 Manual Turbo diesel 1KZ-TE , 5" lift , 37x12.5 BF Goodrich KM2

I don't know what other mods are needed to fit 35's on a 120, but this Icelandic company, unlike Arctic Trucks, will ship 120 flares to suite 35's internationally.

Here's an article about a guy in WA who used their flares to fit 35's on his 200 series

The PDF of their trucks has a 150 on 44's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Specs below, think the rim size may be a typo.
AT Expedition Built on a Toyota Land Cruiser 150
The specification of this vehicle can be adjusted according to the customers needs.
• Engine: 3,0L Diesel common rail 170hp/3600rpm/360Nm
• Gearbox: 5 speed automatic
• Transfer case: Part time High and low range (2,566:1 in low)
• Differential locks: 100% (front and rear).
• Brakes front/rear: Disc/disc
• Tyres front/rear: 44x15.50R15
• Rim: Arctic Trucks 15x16 3ps
• Suspension front/rear: Coil/long travel leaf springs
• Dimensions:
◦◦ Length: 4.760mm (+150mm for grille guard)
◦◦ Width: 2.340mm
◦◦ Height: 2.121mm (+170mm for roof rack).
◦◦ Wheelbase: 2.910mm
◦◦ Ground clearance: 480mm under belly (min. 376mm)
• Fuel tank: 160L
• Compressed air: integrated compressor
• EL: 12V generator 960W + extra battery
• Power outlets as requested
• Tire pressure as low as 2 psi
• Net weight approx. 2.400 kg, depending on specification
• Load capacity: 1.000 kg (2.500 kg with trailer)
The AT Expedition built on Toyota Land Cruiser is aimed at carrying people in with greater comfort. The space inside is greater and some of the load capacity of vehicle built on the Hilux is sacrificed for a longer and softer suspension. Although Arctic Trucks solutions built on Toyota Land Cruiser have very long and good history in Iceland the experience in Antarctica is more limited. With number of parts interchangeable between the two models overall spare parts requirement is somewhat reduced.Dave - 2010 Silver GXL Prado 150 TD Manual.
