  • Front sway bar link failure

Has anyone had a front sway bar link failure?
My left hand side failed on weekend whilst on vic high country trip. Didn't notice anything unusual until hearing noise over some ruts on gravel section.
Bent in halve like banana and then broke at this point. Tore the boot to pieces.

I have heard of this type of failure before, as you said when they go they take out the CV boots with them. I believe you can get stronger links, but not locally.

I have heard of a couple of failures, not a lot considering the amount of 120's on the road though.

If you get stuck, i do have these in stock.

      Regards, Jason.

          Hi again.

Mine are an aftermarket O.E style replacement.
They were hard to track down & i haven't found any better ones as yet in my searching.

          Regards, Jason.
