Yeh in hind sight i think it's funny, I got bits in a box that wasn't even associated with my parts and it had me scratching my head for a while thinking i must be missing something but I just assembled it as I thought u needed to and all is good.

How is it these uca's allow up to 4 degrees of adjustment in steering alignment when there a fixed arm?

This one has the uniball setup and look pretty simple really.

that ball joint can be repositioned on the UCA giving you that extra adjustment.

Not this ball joint as far as I can see the od of the joint is fixed and it has the uni ball in there to allow the twist but I can't see how it can be adjusted or is it the uniball that twists to align itself?

with my UCA from spc has the adjustable ball joint to put the camber/caster back to factory specs, not sure on the superior engineering items, thought they would be the same.

Perhaps you can help me then, I didn't think these were required for a mild lift but it's talking about using these in a 2" lift on their web site?

What lift have you done Derek/Brad

You won't need to change your UCA for a 2" lift. Anything more and you will need to as the UCA will hit the coils or you run out of caster adjustment.

as Andrew has said any thing over a 2" lift change your UCA to put your camber/caster back to factory settings, I've done a 4" lift so a few other things also had to be done for a 4" lift to be successful.

                    Cheers Derek

The Superior UCA is not adjustable.
