Just wondering if anyone has fitted an OME 2 inch lift kit to there 120 series prado and had issues were the rear of the car feels like its rock & rolling alot as if the car were only riding on the springs and the shocks were not there. The car has done 35000klm since they were fitted 18months ago. The car has also had new BF all terrain tyres fitted at around 20000klms ago but i have had them rebalanced and the problem didn't change. Or is it possible with the extra height in the rear end of the car that this could be a normal symptom. I don't recall it being like this after i drove it out straight after the kit was fitted. Anyone with any info would be great. Cheers

I run OME suspension and BFG tyres and haven't experienced anything like you describe. I would say its not normal.
What are all your suspension bushes like? Also what tyre pressure are you running? Which springs have you got and how do they compare to your normal loaded weight?

AJ120 thanks mate , i couldnt say what springs were fitted mate i was up for shocks at 120,000klms and thought id have a 2 inch lift fitted at the same time, It does sit fairly high in the rear compared to the front and it almost looks like the front has sagged or the rear is to high. I honestly thought it was the tyre id had fitted to start with so i had them rebalanced but it didn't seem to make a difference. I think i will get ARB to look at it and see what they come up with. Thanks for the reply mate.

Take some measurements from the bottom of the rim to the guard flare like in the photo below

Let us know the front and rear measurements and we can give you an idea whether the rear is high or the front is low or if they are ok.

Yeah Craig is on the money, standard measurements are usually around 750 front and 780 rear. So your rear lift is a bit above what I would expect and your front barely has any lift at all.
Don't know that those measurements shed any light on the exact cause of your issues but I would certainly be asking some questions of ARB.
I am assuming you have spring suspension in the rear, that is you don't have a Grande with air bags suspension, correct?
