Anyone install cv joints spacers with front lift?

Hi,

Mr Mechanician just told me that it's better to have the spacers otherwise the CV is going to be worn out in the long run?
I did some research and some people said it's not necessary for just 2" lift. I would like to hear your opinion as many have done the 2" lift before?

Not needed. Waste of time & money.
