Prado VX 2011 3.0 D4D vibrating steering wheel

The steering wheel on my Prado starts to vibrate above 60Kph. Also under light braking vehicle seems to be rocking back and forth. I have done the wheel balancing, wheel alignment and I have replaced the front disks and brake pads. Vehicle is just short of 110,000kms. I live in Zambia and vehicle does spend a lot of its time on bad roads and dirt. Any ideas?:roll:

How are the wheel bearings? Wheel true and not buckled or out of round? Tyres can be balanced but still out of round.

Put the car on a hoist and gently spin it up.
