Drift to left and steering wheel not straight

When I purchased my LC5 2007, I noticed that the steering wheel was not straight (left hand down). I asked the dealer to sort it, but they did not; unfortunately the dealer is far away and I do not want to keep going back there. So I asked my local tyre dealer to sort it as I thought it was probably just tracking alignment. Anyway they said that they did the best they could, but they could not get it perfect. The wheel is still not straight and the car pulls to the left.

Has anyone else had this? I am planning on taking the car back to my local Mr.T to see if they will sort it under warranty? I also plan to get them to look at the diesel rattle whilst they have the car.

Sounds like the wheeel alignment is a long way out, they should centre the wheel and then align the wheels, if that was like that new then that is a disgrace.
If it is second hand i doubt that they will fix under waranty, you might be better going to a good tyre dealer for a proper alignment.

Keep an eye on the tire pressures as well, mine was pulling once, turned out the tyre was 10 psi, problem fixed.
