Pp you made me go out with a torch. Don't know what I've looked at before but I was sure that there was a lower bumpstop - which there isn't so I was wrong about the suspension design limiting the downward travel on these cars. Explains why my RAIDs popped their rebound bumpstops with raised springs! Also explains the broken CV joints on 90 series & Hiluxes.
Re "coilover strut"... did you get that from any technical reference? They are very, very different design from actual struts so I'm reluctant to go with that....150 D4D GX with big tyres, TPMS, Tracklander, GME, Safari breathing straw & super soft squishy custom rear springs.
