Yep, on the rear quarter panels I've got a bit of peppering action happening...

Some folk on here have extended their rear mud flaps to accommodate if its a problem for you.

Thanks for the comments, thought that might be the case. I have an off-road camper which would get a hiding as well. Where did you buy extension flaps D4D? I was considering making brackets off the chassis but attaching the extension to the original seems easier.

I bought them from Autobarn, you could use insertion rubber but these seem to last longer.

The downside to the addition of mudflaps to the stock mud-spats is that they will certainly start to crack after 12 months or so. Mine are all starting to crack now. I have the Bushranger fibreglass reinforced rubbers mudflaps secured with 3 bolts.

Did the same to ours, half way across the northern highway in the kimberleys rh side one broke off across where the flexible part of flap attaches to harder rubber and when lh side was checked it had started to crack as well only on car for approx. 2 months, it was a very warm day though which made the stock rubber even more flexible,

Vehicle Body Stone damage after Lift

                  Same here.
When I was doing 4wd training at Weribee on a very wet day, my 150 with 2 inch lift was about 5 times
more dirty than other cars only after 30min. Didn't occur to me it was the mudflaps at the time.
Everytime when we go for a drive on gravel roads, there are so much dirt and mud got thrown up on top of the side steps, making it very easy to dirty the inside.
I think we will have to invest in some better mudflaps.
