    Cooper STT Armor-Tek3 265/70/17 or 285/70/17

    Guys, I'm going to order some rubber for my ride and I've decided to go with the Cooper STT Armor-Tek3 !!! These are for my weekend adventures and I have another set for day-to-day use.

    My question is which size? If I can get the big tyres to work that's great !! But I don't won't any rubbing as such. Tyre fitter reckons 285 should fit OK with 2" lift. I have read through most of the threads relating to this and couldn't find any straight information.

    Any advice fellows ? have to make a decision soon if I want tyres for X'mas

    Had no luck with the 285s as they are rubbing on near full lock . 265 was good but I think MTZs look better on that size. Now checking prices for 265/70/17 MTZs .....
    Can anyone tip off a good price for these please.. want to get them this week !!

      MTZ 265/70/17 are on....

      Got these on this morning, and looks great !!! Can't wait to get out now...

          Certainly did !!! and rear lockers coming too. May be early Jan.. coz ARB couldn't fit me in this month....
