I have a set of 20" x 10" alloys with an et of 15. The standard et is 30?? They have the correct pcd of 6 x139.7 and bore of 106mm

Is it as simple as fitting a set of 15mm or larger spacers to make them fit perfectly?

    Many thanks

If you have 15 offset then that should push them out more so no spacer needed. i have 18 off set standard 25, my wheels sit out more than standard.

The standard width rim on a Prado is 7.5". As you are putting in 10", that is 1.25" wider per side. You would need another 32mm spacer on top of the 15mm to get the inner rim the same distance away from the suspension components.

As per Andrew's comments, you have more backspace with those rims (155mm compared with 139mm) plus more tyre so it will likely foul the struts. Punch the info into

        http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

Use 265/65 17 with ET 30 and 7.5" rims as standard and then the wheels and tyres you would like to use.

Oops, I made a booboo. a 15mm spacer coupled with the ET15 offset should be OK with the 10" rims. I got my directions mixed up.

I don't know about other states, but spacers are illegal in NSW.

I am located in Edinburgh, Scotland and wheel spacers appear to be perfectly legal here. Thanks mjrandom for that link, looks very handy.

I think 20mm spacers are the smallest I can find, does anybody know of a wide arch kit or wheel arch extensions?

              Many Thanks

Ahh, that's why it's helpful to put your location (at least a country) in your profile (found under "settings") so that it appears to the left of your posts and will help us to give you relevant information.
