120 Prado pics with black rims

Hi Gents,

I just received my spare set of genuine Toyota alloys and will be prepping them this weekend for powder coating next week, then fitting up my muddies.

I am looking for some pictures of a 120 with black genuine Toyota alloys, I read a post on here a couple of months back and can not find it.

If I remember correctly the Silver 120 had a pradopoint sticker on the front right ARB bull bar wing...

Hi iantz.

Didn't use a primer, cleaned wheels then gave a bit of a light sand to rough up a bit, then cleaned the again, I just taped up tyres, no removal req, used prep wash before applying first coat of VHT Gloss Black, applied 3 coats as per instruction on can, a couple of weeks later I applied another coat, didn't really need it, but I wasn't sure how it would hold up in bog holes & rocky terrain, I am very impressed with how the paint has hardened onto the Alloy Rim & stands up well to off road punishment
