  • Which Tyre ?

Hi guys, im new to this site and new to 4x4.
I have brought a 2005 GXL prado, and love it. Just about due for some new tyres though. Now i have looked in the search but still no luck.
The tyres i am keen on is the yokohama geolander. Every1 seems to talk about the coopers and bridgstone but have not seen anything on these tyres except in 4x4 magazine. Are these a good tyre ? or is there better.

Cant wait to go on trip to MT Mee with the pp people.

Pirellie / Michelline / Bridgestone and Coopers

Mate these are the only good tyres I could think of

I am using a Pirellie Scorpion ATR and they are doing great , bit noiser than Grandtrek but they are pulling a hell of a job

    Good Luck

If these are the new GO12 my dealer told me the other day that he thinks they are alright but they are a new product so it would great for someone to be the test case dummy.

Hey reddog, welcome to the forum.

Have a look at this site---> http://www.tirerack.com and hopefully you will find your tyre there. It's got some good reviews on most tyres out there.

You'll find plenty of info on most tyres here too. Just need to spend some time trying to find it through various threads.

        Cheers,
