Hi there, Just wondering if anyoe has tried this size tyre?

Just a bit bigger than the 265/70 so I was wondering if it's going to fit?

I have a 2 inch lift.

Hi Sefo,

Thanks, Yeah I've read that, but that was with spacers, I wasn't too sure they were legal?

Hey Sefo,
im runnin 275/70 STs
They fit no prob with 2" lift but do scrub A-Arm slightly at full lock either way, they dont hit body at all(i do have arb bar)
I have since whacked on some 6mm spacers which do the trick.
Doesnt do much for the fuel economy when towing a trailer mind you, its just enough to make it hunt for 4th gear when slight inclines arise.

Instead of creating a new topic,

Just got some ST 265/70's fitted this morning, and asked the tyre guy about the white walls, and he said he fitted them to the inside because he seems to think that on a white car, they look a bit dicky.

Anyone here got a white car with St's with the white wall showing? The tyre guy seems to think that the white walls only look good on darker cars.

Ive got white letters on white prado and i think it looks mint.
But as your in alice i would say yours would be red letters cos they stain easy, probably best to keep white letters hidden

Is there a way to adjust the steering full lock?

If the 275/70 scrub the A-Arm slightly, maybe such an adjustment can help?

there is no adjustment you can do, all you can do is get some wheel spacers or get some rims with greater offset, its cheaper to get spacers
just not sure how legal they r
