          BFG AT 265/70/17.

          I find off-road running is best at 28 - 30psi terrain dependent and on the black top 38psi.

            i run dunlop AT2 265/65/17.
            very good AT.
            work well in the watagans and on the road.
            but looking at MTZ or STT

              Original Grandtreks - utterly useless anywhere except the highway - cant wait until they need replacing (probably D694's or Pirelli Scorpions)

                    You missed a few tyres in your poll list. What about BFG Mud Terrain? Mickey Thompson, Simexs, Kellys. Far too much focus on Coopers (Sounds like youre mind is made up about Coopers anyway). I have always used BFG A/Ts and Muddies myself. Far cheaper than Coopers when you buy for 16".                             It's funny how "popular" the GrandCraps are, based on the pole. I was looking at BFG ATs but now I'm thinking I'll go the MT ATZ 4 ribs (to keep the wife happy :wink: ).
